Somehow, the only way I found to test touch events in JS on desktop is the iOS simulator that comes with Xcode ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@mittorn if you really want to be pedantic, iMac is a "desktop" computer because you are meant to put it on a desk. So are Mac Mini and Mac Pro. Also because macOS is a desktop OS.
