@Gargron I suppose there's always a problem with dog whistle interpretation, since I imagine that offence can be given by accident.

When that happens I assume you give a time frame for the offender to respond and if they're an infrequent poster they're more likely to get caught out?

I'm making a lot of assumptions here since I've never moderated or been moderated, except in one place where tg:// links were verboten and I had no idea.
